So what do our customers think of us?  Before creating this web page, we started with a mailshot to our previous customers asking them to comment on our service, in particular we asked “Please, comment if you have had a problem explaining how we dealt with it” These are the initial set of replies we got in order of receipt:

Minimising Mistakes

We do make mistakes, not often we hope our customers would agree, but they do happen.  There are two ways that you can help us minimise these mistakes.

1. Always quote your order number in all correspondence.

2. Provide your full name and address with the initial order or confirmation EMail.

We cant guarantee that problems wont occur even when you follow the above points but we can guarantee that we will do our best to sort out any problems that do occur, all we ask is that you contact us with the full details of the problem and then give us a reasonable time to sort it out.
