Carriage UK and BFPO NU Gaming is based in Wigglesworth, North Yorkshire, UK and Carriage is free to UK and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses For orders over £25. For orders under £25 there will be a shipping fee of £2.50.
Carriage Rest of the World For most items weighing less than 2Kg, carriage costs 10% of the NU Gaming price to destinations outside of UK, there are a few exceptions notably books and these may be as high as 30% as their weight relative to their value is not consistent with models. Over 2Kg carriage prices are provided on request. Most items fall under the 2Kg weight band with the exception of the Army Deals and Game Starter Box sets. For mulitple item orders, we may opt to break down the order into 2 or more parcels weighing less than 2 Kg each. International customers please note that a local Sales Tax or Import Duty may be payable on delivery. It is your responsibility to check what local taxes are payable. NU Gaming cannot keep abreast of all liabilities payable worldwide and we cannot give advice on specific countries. We have noticed though that the majority of countries do not impose any such taxes for parcels below a certain value typically £250 (GBP), but we cannot guarantee this and notable exceptions are Canada and Norway which do impose a charge at much lower values. Carriage is provided by normal Air Mail for items under 2 Kgs and delivery is typically 2 - 7 working days. Over 2 Kgs it is provided by Parcelforce Worldwide which again is an air mail service and delivery is typically 4 - 10 days. Surface mail may be requested and can take up to 8 weeks, but this is designed for heavy bulk items and only works out cheaper for items over 2 Kgs.
Payment OptionsWe support a variety of payment methods for UK and BFPO customers, these include Debit / Credit Cards, Paypal, NOCHEX, Cheque, Postal Orders and direct money transfers to my bank account. In all cases please obtain confirmation of the price and an order number from me and use this order number in all communications, especially with the payment. For outside UK, we support Paypal, International Postal Orders (in UK Pounds Sterling), Money Orders (in UK Pounds Sterling and drawable on a UK Bank), Bank Transfers. If this is impossible, contact us but be prepared for additional charges. We advise against sending cash, but we’ll accept this if it arrives. However, cash is sent at your risk, and we won’t be responsible for cash lost in the post. Direct Money Transfer

If you are not with Barclays and make this payment from your branch (including online banking) this can take up to 4 days to reach my account. Alternatively, you can pay this over the counter at any Barclays branch and payment will be received on the same day. International: Please contact us for details. Credit / Debit CardsWe can accept a Debit / Credit card payment, on line facilities are coming soon, but at the moment ring us on +44 (0) 870 2201019 to give us your card details. Please ring within reasonable hours 9am - 7pm UK time. The details I need are the card number, start date, expiry date and Security code (last 3 digits on back) and if the card has one the Issue Number. It is not advisable to send these details via EMail, but if you want to, we suggest spliting the details (expecially the 16/18 digit card number) over two EMails. We take Switch, Solo, Visa, Mastercard and most other major credit cards, but not American Express.
NOCHEX is a debit card handler and deals in UK pounds. If you have a NOCHEX account already, to send a payment to us use the following identification EMail: adam@nugaming.com Note that you no longer need to set up a NOCHEX account. PaypalPaypal is an online credit or debit card handler. To send a payment to me use the following identification EMail: adam@nugaming.com Paypal requires you to set up an account with them, part of which involves registering a card with them. There are no fees for sending a payment using Paypal and currently I don’t charge for receiving the payment (which Paypal take a commission for). Paypal is multi currency, so please select the UK Pounds Sterling currency option when making payment.
